Perth in the United Kingdom is the homebase for Allergo. While they may be another hardcore metal band that touts the sound of the Dillinger Escape Plan and Converge, they do this very well. It’s chaotic technical metal with superior breakdowns and sick riffage. Scotland may be known for its kilts and whiskey but if Allergo has anything to do with it, they’ll soon be known as a breeding ground for tremendous underground metal.
