Sunday Herald review
"...On an entirely different trip, Allergo provide an unnerving combination of intense hardcore and high camp. Their double bass-pedal abuse and ear shredding vocals leave the T Break crowd wide-eyed and tinnitus plagued. It's relentless stuff, but even after 20 minutes of ripping lung from larynx, singer Matt Evans looks fresh as a daisy: his confident air and snake hips are, incidentally, a hit with the ladies. However, this is their second appearence at T Break and it begs the question- what else have they got up their sleeves to take them to the next level? Still, Allergo succeed in leaving their audience feeling violated and yet dirtily satisfied."
Our description on the T Break sampler CD
"Listening to the disciplined riffage and screaming vocals of Allergo on Run For It, you might expect them to be big guys in black T-shirts with tattoos. Instead, they're skinny young men with charm to spare"
